I liked that they honored my wishes. I didn’t like the many flies in the room.

We walked in and cancelled. The photos didn’t match the property. It was very dirty. Drug addicts hung around the property asking for money. There was a huge hole in the ceiling over the food areas, and the AC was broken.

The staff were excellent, everything was spotless, and the rooms were large and roomy.

Parking was convenient and we stayed on the ground floor. This room was supposed to be accessible, but the tub isn’t usable for people with poor balance or walking difficulties, and the separate shower chair is easy to slip off; my husband couldn’t risk showering.
