The hosts were the highlight! They’re exceptionally kind, hospitable, thoughtful and helpful. Nothing was too much for them, and we really enjoyed the small touches that made our stay memorable. We came mid‑week, so it was wonderfully quiet, and the accommodation was tidy, clean, with well‑maintained grounds and facilities, including a nice pool. There’s a shared fridge stocked with breakfast condiments and filtered water so you don’t need to buy bottled water. Occasionally the host surprised us with fresh fruit.
