The room was spacious, the sheets were clean and of great quality, the shower worked well, and the breakfast was excellent! However, parking is an extra charge and it’s awful – it takes an absurd amount of time to get the car, no matter the time or demand. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude when they tried to charge a day that had already been paid for (a system error). Overall, the service was terrible and the hotel needs to reconsider the company that handles it.
