The staff were exceptionally friendly and customer‑oriented, taking fantastic care of us. The beachfront location was perfect and our kids adored it. We had zero complaints about the food and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The beach view from my room was very relaxing, and the Sri Lankan lunch buffet was delicious and not too spicy so I could taste all the dishes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; I checked in at 4 am because my flight was delayed, and someone was already waiting for me.

Blue Beach Hotel was honestly very disappointing: the lift was broken, the bedsheets were dirty, the washroom was unclean, and the room was dusty. We had to book another hotel just one hour after checking in because of the poor conditions. The only bright spot was the lady at reception, who was very kind and understanding, especially since we were traveling with an infant; she didn’t charge us any cancellation fee and we really appreciated her kindness.
