The style.

The location. The air‑con was not working. The room is over‑furnished so there is no space to open a suitcase, let alone two if you are traveling as a couple. Very stuffy room.

The location is very convenient. The room was small and had a poor layout.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail in the décor, but the bathroom can’t be moved outside the room—there’s simply no way to do it. We weren’t staying in a hostel, so that frustration felt unfair.
