“Desafiadora”
The reception service was good. The mattress was terrible, the sheets were bad, and I even found a scorpion in the room.

The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. Room service is poor: they did not provide two towels and did not restock the minibar.

The location is good. The receptionists provide bad service, the room is old, and the shower is bad.

The staff met my needs. I found the space to be a bit small.
