The location was great, within walking distance of all the main sights and amenities in Pisa. The room was clean, tidy, and well‑equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good selection of options, and it was nice to choose between indoor and outdoor seating. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The only small improvement would have been a complimentary bottle of water in the room; otherwise there was nothing to fault. It was a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to others.

The place is super central and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was really good. Nothing to complain about.

The host and staff were excellent, and the place was really lovely. I would have preferred a room on an upper floor, but since we stayed only one night it didn’t really matter.
