Pampa Hotel

The location is a nice feature, the hotel is under renovation, and the staff are very helpful; breakfast offers a large selection of fresh and typical items. Because of the renovation, I might change some of my comments later. The bathroom is old but functional; towels were in poor condition until we asked for a new one at reception, and the pillows were low and light.

“Se não houve manutenções e obras no prédio durante a estada seria melhor.”

The location and room cleanliness are fine, breakfast was simple but adequate. Maintenance and construction in the building happen after 18 h, and there was work on Saturday morning. We had to request room access for electrical services several times during the day. We were traveling with a 6‑month‑old baby and six adults, and all rooms were accessed for maintenance, showing a lack of consideration.

The staff are very attentive, parking is good, and hot water comes from a boiler. The hotel needs renovations and updates, it’s quite noisy—not from mess, but every time a door shuts it feels like it’s hitting you next to it. Whoever cleaned the room missed or forgot a used toothpick near the bed and the soap used in the shower by the last guest.

“Vale bem a pena”

Central and convenient location, flawless and varied breakfast, attentive staff, no major hurdles or bureaucracy. Some renovation work by the new management caught my eye but didn’t interfere.
