Wakatsuki House in Osaka provides a family‑friendly guest‑house atmosphere with spacious rooms featuring air‑conditioning, private bathrooms with bidets, kitchenettes, balconies, and sound‑proofed work desks. A communal terrace, dining area, and on‑site washing machine add convenience. Centrally located, it sits 20 km from Itami Airport, surrounded by shops and excellent public‑transport links. Free Wi‑Fi covers the entire property.

The location is fantastic, and being on the first floor is a bonus. After exiting the station, the entrance is almost level with the main road, so moving luggage is smooth! I felt that especially when I was tired after a long day. Everything nearby—convenience stores, a tasty pizza shop, a supermarket, parking—was within walking distance, so I never had any trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful; I had mistakenly told them the wrong number of children, but they gladly accommodated the change and were flexible with check‑in time—great service. The only downside was the lack of a washlet, but everything else was excellent, so I’ll definitely book here again when I travel around this area. Thank you!

Good location and inexpensive, which was a plus. The futon was prepared and comfortable. However, there were many misdirected emails. Being on the first floor, I couldn’t avoid outside noise, and guests on the upper floor tried to open their keys loudly, so clearer instructions would help. I found old ice and a cream puff in the freezer that made me uncomfortable, and the dusty vase made me feel uneasy about paying 10,000 yen for cleaning. I also wish the washlet and heated toilet seat had been mentioned beforehand.
