“It was clean and bed was comfy but I think it is overpriced”
The staff were incredibly helpful; Andrea gave us all the details about local shops, restaurants, and how to use every facility in the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom had good hot water pressure from the shower. The room was clean. However, there was no milk in the room even though a coffee maker and kettle were provided, and a wider selection of teas and coffee would have been nice. The TV was a decent size, but we didn't need it much because there were no English channels. The sensor panel that controls all the electrics was a bit of a hassle, and the lighting was dull and couldn’t be brightened. The bathroom mirror lit up only via the control panel, so when we needed light at night, the extractor fan kicked in and disturbed my partner. Because our room was on the reception side next to the main entrance, we could hear all the comings and goings and people’s conversations clearly.
I found the stay in the city to be very comfortable, giving a solid 9.0/10 overall.
