The Hrt staff were amazing! Truly very pleasant, making you feel at home and pampered. Breakfast was delicious and extensive, and overall everything was good.

The breakfast was very simple with not enough variety, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were excellent and professional. The air‑conditioning in the dining room is a must.

The staff were consistently very friendly. The hotel is very central, close to the metro, airport, etc. The breakfast staff were attentive and super friendly, so I keep coming back to the Residency. Everything was fine!

The bathrooms aren't up to standard. Overall the hotel needs more care if it wants to charge €90.

The reception staff were fine, but avoid the taxi service here because the manager is hopeless; he left a bad impression of Mumbai. The manager running the taxi service is the most horrible person in the world.
