I couldn't find any breakfast, even though the site promised one; the fan in my room was broken, the TV had no signal, and the website’s description about breakfast turned out to be false.

The hotel itself was a decent find, with a great location right in the heart of the city. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. However, the real letdown was the restaurant staff - they seemed completely overwhelmed and disorganized, with long wait times and a general air of chaos. I ordered a simple meal but ended up waiting over 45 minutes for it to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm and not even close to what I'd asked for.

The hotel's restaurant was a highlight, serving up delicious meals that were well worth the visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the housekeeping team was slow to respond to our requests. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, but the lack of attentive service made it feel like we were just another number.
