The location is super central, just a few steps from Piazza S Oronzo. Breakfast is basic—cookies, mini water bottles, and pod coffee—but there are great bars outside, and overall the value for money is still excellent.

The location was great, the room was spacious, and the facilities were fine. However, soundproofing was awful; we could hear neighbours chatting. There were glass windows between our apartment and the neighbour’s bathroom, which felt intrusive and was irritating because they kept their lights on all night, preventing us from sleeping.

The room was accessed from a public street through a glass door that let people see in. It had no extra natural light and smelled damp. The velvet bed had obvious cigarette scorch marks. For an unspecified reason, power and running water were cut off for many hours. The staff ignored the issue despite our complaints and offered no alternative solutions, even shutting down the call when we tried to explain the various shortcomings. The staff were unprepared and rude.

ambiente suggestivo e locali ampi. posizione eccezionale. sicurezza e pulizia degli esterni. umidità (come da foto) e mancanza di ventilazione. odore di chiuso e muffa deumidificatore sempre pieno e rumoroso. imperdonabile mancanza di televisore nell'appartamento n°4. dotazione cucina ridotta ai minimi termini. mancava persino straccio per le stoviglie. solo 4 cialde per 2 persone per 3 giorni. mancanza bollitore e bicchieri stanza n°3. difficoltà smaltimento rifiuti. esageratamente fiscali nell'applicazione delle norme di utilizzo della casa. non ultimo l'obbligo d'ingresso nella stanza non un secondo prima delle 15.00 in punto
