Everything’s spot on, the host is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at a nearby bakery is delicious. I’d strongly recommend it, though it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The place was immaculately clean, the host was quick to respond once we arrived in Bari, and the location was perfect. A few items were missing at check‑in—duvet, plates, sponge—but after we mentioned it, the host kindly fixed it. Hot water was scarce and the shower leaked, yet the host said a plumber would come right after we stayed. We knew about the stairs beforehand, so that wasn’t an issue.

The spot was great, right in the middle of all the shops and historic sites, and the shower had fun coloured lights. Breakfast was included at a local cafe down the street, and the owner gladly carried our bags down the stairs and arranged a taxi to the airport. The stairs to the property were steep and the railing was flimsy, making it feel risky to lug suitcases up and down. A fan in the bathroom left a lingering smell, and while the sheets were clean, they felt like someone else’s bed.

The host was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. People with mobility challenges would struggle with the stairs, and although the place was listed as spacious, it turned out to be less so than we expected.

The location was pleasant and the little balcony was cute. Breakfast was at a nearby café—coffee or juice plus a pastry. The cleaning crew used a very strong air freshener, so the only way to survive the whole night was to keep the door and window open.
