The place sits in a good spot, close to shops and the beach. My room was very comfortable and the shower was superb. Breakfast was lovely, served with a smile. I recommend this accommodation and understand why.

Graham and Julia were super friendly and attentive. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The location is fantastic, so close to food and drinks, and a short walk to the beach. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

The hosts were lovely and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is great: close to shops and the town centre. Our room was a good size, clean and well appointed. The only slight downside was that the bathroom was very small; it was clean and well looked after, just cramped with the door closed. This did not detract from our very enjoyable stay.

Everything was great. Nothing to add.

It’s near Filey station. The beds and rooms are too small.
