料金以上のコスパだった。大浴場有り 朝食も最高でした。ありがとうございました。 また利用したいと思いました。. 3部屋利用したのですが1部屋が景色が悪く残念でした。 大浴場のドライヤーが１つ壊れていて残念 ブラシの本数が少なすぎだと思いました。 髪の毛だらけだったのでコロコロが置いてあると良いのかなぁと思いました。

Nice spot by the lake, but no Fuji view. The rooms were relatively spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. The accommodation was basic and seemed aimed at mass bus tourists; they handled two large coaches efficiently, which we avoided at breakfast to keep the chaos at bay.

The 3‑bedroom suite was affordably priced and the breakfast was inexpensive. However, the carpet in the room had pins like staples stuck in it, and my family almost got hurt while walking barefoot. I also wanted towels left in the large bath area, and having only one room key meant I had to adjust my bathing schedule, which was inconvenient.

The service was appropriate and left a good impression. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a convenience store inside the hotel, which was convenient. The main building and the new building are not connected, so during heavy rain it was inconvenient. The pine tree at the entrance of the new building was… The location from the room.

Unfortunately, rain spoiled the view, but the location right next to Lake Yamanaka was great, and it was close to Ninjō Hachikai. The staff were very helpful. Although the hotel is a public onsen, it had an open-air bath and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, not too heavy, and I could enjoy it well. I booked on short notice, the price was low, and overall I was very satisfied. The room was clean, but in the bathroom’s changing area the corner where the baby bed and other items were placed had dust and cobwebs, so I mentioned that.
