We arrived around 9 p.m. and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who turned out to be the host and also lived in one of the rooms in the same flat. The room and building were very clean, beautifully finished, and made with high‑quality wood. The location is simply stunning, with picture‑perfect hills that are well maintained. During our visit to the nearby borgo of Ripartisone, we instantly fell in love and could even see the mountains with their first snow of the season. If you’re in the area, visit Montedinove; from the main piazza you’ll enjoy a breathtaking, unspoiled view: the sea to the left, gentle rolling hills in the middle, and the mountains to the right. We absolutely adored the Marche region – it has nothing to envy of Tuscany! The listing misrepresented the property. We booked the Double Room (172 ft²) – advertised as a private kitchen, private bathroom, garden, mountain & landmark views, air conditioning, flat‑screen TV, coffee machine, free toiletries, and bathrobes. The room actually belongs to a shared flat with four rooms, each with its own private bathroom but sharing a common kitchen, and one of the rooms is occupied by the owner. This detail should have been clearly stated. We arrived late, had already paid, and couldn’t cancel, but under different circumstances we would have definitely done so because of this misrepresentation. For a shared flat that could host up to eight guests, the kitchen is not adequately equipped for everyone’s use, especially if guests are not travelling together, which is why we found the price – €84 per night – rather high. We rented a double room that, according to the description and photos, appeared to have a balcony; however, our room did not. The general property description also stated that all rooms have a small fridge, coffee machine, and bathrobes, but our room had none of these. Additionally, there was no internet connection (the ad didn’t mention it, but it would have been appreciated), and the TV was not working. The property also lacks a visible sign from the main street, and unfortunately we passed it twice before finding it.

The building feels brand‑new, with plenty of wood that makes it cozy and quiet. Every room has a private bathroom, and the shared kitchen—complete with a cappuccino machine—lets you cook meals together. The double garage is a real luxury, and Cristina was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The room is brand‑new and really beautiful. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and they gave us directions on where to eat and have breakfast. The only issue is that the road could be better marked.

Set in a peaceful, lush countryside, the location is very tranquil. Inside, there’s plenty of space and a large parking lot, which is great for travelers with two dogs. The property is brand‑new, tastefully furnished by the owner, functional, welcoming, and immaculately clean, complete with TV and air‑conditioning. The rooms feature balconies, a modern kitchen, and an optimal breakfast area. The owner is very friendly, courteous, and helpful, and she also gave us valuable tips about the town of Ripatransone, which is worth visiting for its artistic and historical beauty and its abundance of traditional, high‑quality restaurants.
