The place is far from the center, and it needs to realize its guests come from around the world, not just Muslims; women should not have to call a man to request service.

Some reception staff lack the required competence, with occasional slow performance.

A large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, and a huge pool that’s great for swimming; however, the coffee at the buffet is not good.

This was my second visit to Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch, and it was just as wonderful as the first; the friendliest reception staff made check‑in and check‑out smooth, especially Ahmed and Karen, the room‑service food was delicious, I loved the large clean pool, and a kind bellman and a friendly barista at reception served great coffee.
