Guests enjoy free internet, bicycles, and an outdoor pool surrounded by extensive gardens with a playground. A nearby restaurant, managed by the hotel, serves typical meals with complimentary water, 300 metres away.

I really liked the setting, the bed was comfortable, the night was quiet, and the village was pleasant for a walk after dinner without needing a car, even though the apartment we stayed in needed a refresh; I would avoid the half‑board even though the dinner was good because it’s unclear what’s included and what isn’t, while the breakfast delivered to the room is very convenient and good. Honestly, we weren’t very satisfied with the cleaning because there were spider webs in some places on the ceiling.

Close to the village and parking available. There was a lack of communication that the “spa” was under maintenance or not operational, and there was no hair dryer—just the automatic one in the bathroom.

The location is great for visiting Bevagna and surrounding areas. Gianluca was super helpful, giving us directions better than we already knew. The garden, parking, and pool are all well maintained. I would have liked more cleanliness, but I’m a bit particular.
