The atmosphere was cozy, and the owners were quick to attend to us. However, there was no physical interaction with the staff, and we faced constant water and bathroom issues, which were eventually resolved.

They cancelled me at the last minute with messages, forcing me to find another hotel at the last second. They didn’t honor my reservation and kept sending me messages saying there was no availability after they had already accepted my booking through this platform.
