The location, breakfast and the room were all excellent.

The location is superb for reaching the best beaches in the area, parking is right at the entrance, and breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the mountains and sea, but the sound insulation is poor.

It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I booked it almost by accident on Booking to have a base near San Vito Lo Capo for the cous cous festival, and it proved to be a property far beyond our expectations. Located in a quiet area with convenient parking, the manager was very kind and helpful, giving us advice on how to get around, where to eat, and other small tips. The room was stunning, tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, TV and a minibar. The bathroom was spacious, fully stocked and had a nice large shower. Finally, breakfast served on the top floor on a terrace with panoramic views was excellent.
