The staff were very friendly. The bathroom had a pipe smell, it needed maintenance, and the photos were outdated.
“Posizione ottima, perfetta per una notte”
It was easy to speak with a staff member, the room was clean, and the design and location were good. However, there were missing specific products and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room well.
“Molto gradevole”
Central but away from nighttime noise. The shower gel and shampoo set was missing.
The place was clean and tidy. Breakfast was lacking.
The location was great. The check‑in and check‑out process was not optimal.
