Perfect spot for a holiday, clean, right on the water’s edge, friendly host, close to Rab town centre, excellent bike routes, a few small pools that have disappeared, if possible bring a bike for easier access to everything, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you 😊

The position is quiet and it is in front of the port and the cycle path. The house and the room were not great; our room had windows facing another room and a door that closed in the toilet. However, for a night it was fine.

The external annex is shared with a kitchen and the option to dine on a terrace covered by rows of vines, magical at sunset and very early in the morning, the presence of many cats and the owner, who is very kind, who completely cleaned the terrace for us once we asked if we could eat there, a fridge in the room.

The location and balcony were good. The room with a bathroom was not a model of cleanliness; in the toilet, when water is released, the spray splashes the board, half the bathroom and the person who let the water, an unpleasant odor spreads from the bathroom (we cleaned the sanitary fittings and shower on arrival). The interior of the wardrobe (which already needed replacement) was not maintained, a wet odor came from the wardrobe. Parking is above the house (three blocks of stairs to the house entrance) and is accessed from the road. The approach to the parking is not the best, so be careful, especially if you have a low car, to avoid damaging the car’s undercarriage. The house is on top of a deep cove where the sea does not flow, so due to the standing water it feels more like a bar. No one swims there and it is not recommended.
