The house was nice and quiet, suitable for five people, but we ran into several issues that the managing team fixed quickly. I’d already mentioned similar problems before, yet the apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived and there were trash bags in the garden. The cleaning fee was refunded. The garage was unusable from the start because there was no key—remove the garage from the listing or it feels like a scam. I tried to rebook, but the price had jumped dramatically; it doubled over two years from roughly 800 to about 1400 euros per week. This was my sixth stay here, and it will likely be the last.

The stay was bright, the rooms comfy, and the back garden with terrace was peaceful. The garage was still inaccessible, and something blocked the left interior door. Extra kitchen utensils would help. In the kitchen, living area, or bathrooms there’s nothing to hang towels, hand towels, or clothing—only door handles, windows, radiators, or chair backs. Some hooks were removed from the living room, so more hooks would be welcome.

We liked the garden with terrace that let us dine outside, especially during the heatwave we experienced. The team was responsive and fixed a few issues we raised upon arrival. More kitchen utensils would be useful. In the kitchen, bathroom, or toilets there’s no place to hang towels, hand towels, toilet gloves, or bath liners—only door handles, windows, radiators, or chair backs. The curtains on the garden side of the bedroom aren’t blackout; they’re fine in winter but let in light early in summer.

This was my third stay at the place, and the same problems persisted (see my notes from 27/06/2024 and 20/01/2025). Still, we slept well, the neighborhood was quiet, and the bedding was good. A maintenance technician came during our stay to replace the broken toilet glass that had been broken since my first visit in June 2024. Yet the dishwasher still doesn’t work, and the promised garage remains inaccessible because the key is still missing. These broken items don’t justify the rental price; we should be refunded for everything that’s non‑functional (see my comments from 27/06/2024 and 20/01/2025 because nothing has changed).
