The proximity to the spot where we were going to see bioluminescence at night was a plus, and the pillows and bed were soft and comfortable. However, the items listed in the description were not included. No one greeted us or explained anything. We were not given a wifi password, there were no towels, and there was no pool even though the description said there was one; when we asked, they said it was not on the premises and that we had to go somewhere else. There was no toilet lid and no way to sit without sinking. The shower overflowed and the water didn’t drain. No hot water. There was no place to store things, no closet, and the bathroom was just a sink. They claimed they would give us water bottles, but there were none, and the beauty kit consisted of only two packets of shampoo and conditioner. Parking was just a small spot on the property, so we parked in front of a house’s parking lot. They only sent us the key, but there was no person in charge. They didn’t tell us to leave the key inside when checking out, and no one handled the departure. We never found out where the pool was or what the beach exit was. It was too expensive for what it actually was, and very disappointing.
