The location is great for catching the train to the airport and for visiting Kokusai Dori and Heiwa Dori, and honestly nothing was really off.

The spot is very central, but the rooms are fairly small and the hotel tried to charge us an extra fee over the booking price because our kids were over 6 years old; after we talked it over, they gave up on that.

The hotel is really close to Asahi Bridge Station and the place was clean enough, with a generous buffet breakfast. The room, however, had a slight odor, the carpet and overall décor felt very dated, and the price was steep; I mentioned during booking that my children were 15 and 16, yet at check‑in I was asked to pay an extra charge because they considered a child to be 0‑5 years old, which made the nightly rate absurdly high.
