Mr Eugene greeted us warmly, check‑in was quick and easy, and Mr Tutu was always available; the location is close to major attractions, but housekeeping was very spotty and inconsistent.

The room size and location were great, but there was little light in the room and the cleaning was somewhat lax.

The historical context and location were impressive, yet everything was great.
