Refurbished in 2019, it features spacious, contemporary guestrooms, a restaurant serving traditional French cuisine, and a flexible bar. Centrally located, the hotel offers easy access to a Metro stop, Canal Saint-Martin, and nearby restaurants, cafés, and bars.

We were disappointed with our initial room because it lacked sufficient storage—no drawers, only hanging space. The bathroom light was out when we arrived. However, manager Yann stepped in, found a solution, and even offered us champagne in the bar while he worked on the room. Breakfast was varied and excellent, the staff were all very helpful, the bathroom products were lovely, and the concierge gave us great restaurant recommendations and handled the bookings. The location was a big plus: well connected by public transport and taxis, and close to the charming Quai St Martin. We usually stay in the Marais but wanted a larger, modern room, so this 4‑star spot delivered comfort, price, and location. The hotel is very busy and professionally run, and we recommend it. The only downside I had was that I still wanted a drawer unit in the room.

The location was spot‑on for us. The rooms felt tired, the check‑in took a long time, the lighting in the room was awful, and the Wi‑Fi was terrible.

The air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was lovely, and the location had nearby restaurants. Everything else was just average but acceptable.
