“Grande ospitalità”

We stayed at Building 15 during Ferragosto, a couple with a small dog. We were fascinated by the well‑restored building in a great spot for exploring the town and the Gargano. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were always available and friendly. There was no elevator, and the steps to the room are a bit steep, but that’s part of the charm of a building that kept its character after renovation. We knew this because we read it all in the description, which also notes that the deposit must be paid in cash. The car parking is a 5‑minute walk, but the property offered to transport us when needed, even to the beach. If we ever return to the Rodi area we know who to call. Thank you very much! The stay was too short.

“Super ospitalità e struttura di gran fascino in pieno centro”

The historic building in the heart of town was beautifully renovated and full of charm. The owner, Sara, was exceptionally kind, driving the golf cart to take my grandparents to the beach and giving us all the tips we needed to enjoy the holiday and the sights of Rhodes. Nothing else to add.

“Eccellente”

The property was well maintained, clean, and the room and bathroom were spacious, all just a short walk from the centre. The owner was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our requests. The shuttle from the hotel to the beach was a real convenience given the many steps. Thanks for everything, Prox!

“Hotel non per tutti”

The location in the historic centre of Rhodes is nice, reachable on foot from the port with a 10‑minute climb or stairs. There are no nearby parking spots, but the hotel provides a shuttle. It wasn’t mentioned that the building had steep stairs to reach the rooms and no lift, so it isn’t accessible to everyone. The owner charged an incorrect tourist tax and, instead of apologising, said she was tired and had been working since morning… I came to relax, not to argue. She also demanded a €100 deposit, which wasn’t written in my contract, but I didn’t want to argue. Breakfast was only packaged sweets, though the coffee and brioche were good. When I mentioned it, the owner said she usually asks guests if they want a savoury breakfast and prepares it. We stayed for three nights.

Matteo welcomed us, though he isn’t an employee and was just there in the owner’s absence. It isn’t a hotel, let alone a boutique hotel: the access is difficult, the steep stairs to the rooms, breakfast served in a dark room, no reception, a tiny TV screen that’s hard to operate, and overall rough finishes that don’t match a boutique hotel.
