“below average”
The hotel’s location and the restaurant’s food and staff behavior were good, but a drawn fly kept landing on our balcony for about 15 to 30 minutes and invaded our privacy; when we asked reception, they said the fly was used by a room guest and that the hotel management deleted the recorded contents, which still shocked me. The management should be transparent and tell every occupant before I approached reception.

The hospitality was very nice, but the beachside room and swimming pool were under renovation.

The location was best and superb, yet the cleanliness was lacking: towels were dirty, stinky, and just folded used ones; the toilet tank filled very slowly; breakfast had stale and fermented cut fruits, cold food, and very little variety for the price charged.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful and peaceful, especially in the morning and evening; the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making it a pleasant and memorable stay.
