They upgraded my room to a larger one, making my stay very comfortable. The hair dryer in the room had a glitch, but the staff handled it appropriately. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

The main building’s courtyard gave off a lovely vibe, while the annex offered spacious rooms with separate bath, toilet, and washbasin, which was very comfortable; I’d love to stay again when the chance arises.

The food was incredibly tasty, and the dishes were thoughtfully prepared, which left a strong impression. The hot springs included an open‑air bath, a panoramic bath, and several other varieties that were all enjoyable. I would have preferred a card key for the room.
