After eating, I could stay for coffee and chat for a long time without feeling rushed, and the staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and my room had a great view of the river. The bed was comfy, and the restaurant service was okay. One issue I had was with the booking number - it was a 10-digit number that caused problems when I tried to check in. Not sure if it was the hotel's system or the app, but hopefully it can be sorted out.
