I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered that they don't accept credit card payments, despite what I was led to believe when I booked through the platform. To make matters worse, they demanded payment for nearly 1.5 times the original price, which I was not willing to pay. When I tried to cancel, the staff refused to listen to my concerns and seemed quite inflexible.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent hotel booking. The hotel didn't recognize my reservation, despite having already been charged, and then they asked me to pay again - for a higher rate than what I had originally booked. To add insult to injury, I wasn't able to get a refund through the booking platform. Overall, it was a disappointing and costly experience.
