Turkish hammam, spa 10/10, we rested wonderfully—delicious homemade breakfast, good hot tub, a restaurant and another jacuzzi are coming—will visit again.

Four breakfast options to choose from, which you can even order the night before for a specific morning time and arrive at the set table. The breakfasts were tasty, the outdoor pool with mountain view worked even in the rain—awesome. Saunas, jacuzzis, pools—all worked, we were satisfied.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and pleasant, like family, so we’ll definitely return. We booked a deluxe room and were assigned to the new building; the space is clean, tidy, spacious, and warm. The bed is quite comfortable and wide—some might find the mattress a bit firm, but it worked for me. The linens and towels are spotless, and we also rented bathrobes for a small fee (300 UAH for the whole stay), which were clean as well. The spa, billiards, and table tennis are included in the price and were a real treat. There’s a regular sauna, an aromatherapy sauna with a more comfortable temperature, two pools (outdoor and indoor), and a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi costs extra and is available for two hours. The kitchen serves home‑style food that’s very tasty: a hearty soup, mushroom borsch, and meat‑filled potato pancakes—must try. The Karpaty tea is also great, and you can bring a whole pot to your room. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; you arrive between 8 and 11 am and choose from a few options plus a drink (coffee, tea, compote, etc.). Eggs are always included, which many people comment on or complain about. The variety isn’t huge, but it’s fine for those used to eating at home. I found it adequate, while my husband needed a bit more, so we supplemented with snacks or a heavier lunch. Some will find it too greasy, others not enough veggies—just a matter of taste. It’s a decent start to the day. The nearest “Silpo” is about a half‑hour walk. Nearby there are two minimarkets and a small café. A downside: when booking we asked for a mountain or forest view, but we ended up in a room that looked at a wall, the pool, and a patch of forest. The water has a distinct smell, but that’s typical for the area. Regarding cleanliness, if there are any shortcomings (some mentioned hair or trash in the pool, we had spots on the floor and a slightly scratched table), it’s often due to guests’ careless behavior—like not washing their feet before spa or not cleaning up after themselves. I had no complaints about the housekeeping. There’s no elevator, which could be tough for those with mobility issues. The bathroom lacked enough soap dishes and toothbrush holders, and a few more towel hooks would help. The toiletries include soap and a shampoo sachet—bring your own dental hygiene kit.
