The room was spacious and clean, which was a relief, but that's where the good news ends. The hotel had no one at the reception, and I had to wait ages to get my room. To make matters worse, the room didn't have air conditioning, and when I called for assistance, they just asked me to pay via QR code and collect the key from a hanging board. There were no basic amenities in the room, and when I needed water, I had to order it and leave the hotel at night. It was a pretty frustrating stay.

Prime location, but that's where the positives end. The hotel lacked a receptionist and attendant, and the room was a bit of a nightmare – small, with unhygienic beds and sheets. It was a pretty terrible experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel – the staff were super helpful, the room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean too. The bed and linens were also comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
