The location is really good, close to shops and the university, and the rooms are spacious and practical, but the breakfast was extremely limited with very few options, and the price felt too high.

The room was clean, but we paid extra for a pet, and when we left the hotel our dog had fleas—something that never happened before—so the pet area must have been where our dog picked them up.

“Dumpy hotel that smells terrible with awful service”

I didn't like anything about it. This place is an absolute dump that needs major renovations; it looks old, smells dirty, musty, and smoky. The free breakfast offered only raisin Bran and a dispenser, three bagels, and a make‑your‑own waffle station, which is not worth advertising as free. The worst part was the staff: they had no reservation when we arrived and acted as if it was our fault that we booked, didn't ask for a deposit at check‑in, and then had to wake us up early after we checked in late to tell us we needed to go to the office to pay the deposit. Normally you might justify a run‑down, low‑priced hotel with terrible service, but that wasn’t the case here. It almost feels like they’re paying someone to write reviews to boost their rating because none of the good reviews make any sense. Ultimately, I think this place should be shut down permanently and would not recommend it to anyone.
