The hilltop location gave a great view, the vegetable‑centered dishes were delicious, and the cider and apple juice were also tasty.
The staff were extremely pleasant and gladly accommodated all our requests. The meals were loaded with vegetables, very healthy and filling; having at least one meat or fish dish at breakfast would have made it even more satisfying, and the miso soup was piping hot and delicious.
“好きな人はめちゃくちゃ好きになる”
The food here is incredibly appealing, and the owners have really pushed the envelope to create a fresh kind of lodging experience; guests are free to come as they are, yet if they get involved and help the place grow, it becomes a wildly entertaining project for everyone. On the flip side, the inn follows a stark, subtractive aesthetic that can leave some guests feeling something is missing, so asking whether you can bring a micussion into the room or your own mouse‑wash and a mini‑bottle of shampoo (even though they do provide shampoo) is a reasonable move, as I’m fine with keeping the operation as simple as possible because that’s not what makes the place special, and the low‑cost, minimalist vibe keeps the rates reasonable, which I wholeheartedly support.
“最高でした。”
The homemade breakfast made with fresh vegetables was a healthy delight, and the welcome drink let us sample three kinds of apple juice. The setting felt pastoral and relaxed, while the three‑year‑old building looked surprisingly pristine, with every corner meticulously cleaned.
“心が豊かになれる場所”
The place is tucked in gorgeous nature, the staff treat you with genuine hospitality, and the meals—packed with home‑grown ingredients—are consistently delicious, so I always book here whenever I return to the area.
