The cleanliness, the variety of food, and the kid-friendly options were positives. The staff were very inattentive and unwilling to help; they cut costs on personnel, for example one person at the bar had 40 people ordering. It seems they hate their jobs… The communication between departments was terrible, and you could be sent to 15 different places before a problem was solved.

The buffet food was far better than other Punta Cana options, with good quality and variety. The rooms were comfortable and beach access was excellent. There were three daytime buffets: two large ones and a snack/hamburger spot. Reserving themed restaurants was impossible; I stayed 8 days and only managed to get a slot on day three in the least popular times. There were no beach towels for the first six days, and it was impossible to get any.

The cleanliness was acceptable and nothing else. The food was a disgrace, they ran out of beach towels, and there were very few waiters both on the beach and in the lobby, making the price‑quality ratio terrible; this was our fifth visit to the hotel.
