I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay. However, my initial room was a letdown - it was dirty and didn't match the photos, but after paying extra, I was upgraded to a room on the first floor with a comfortable bed, a working AC, and hot water. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room still didn't live up to the advertised standards, and the bed sheets had a strong odor.
