“I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.”
The staff were fairly friendly. The TV worked, but any shows required a paid subscription, which isn’t worth it for an overnight stay. The bed was awful: the pillows flattened under my head, the mattress was too soft and lumpy, and I had to sleep on top of the mattress without covers because the covered part felt like it was biting me. A microwave was supposed to be in the room but wasn’t there; the downstairs kitchen had microwave‑usable food that was useless to us. The Bistro’s cheeseburger was the worst I’ve ever tasted—I threw it away after offering it to my dog, who wouldn’t eat it, and my husband could only finish half of his cheese sandwich. The soup was inedible. There were no dog‑walking spots nearby. The room lacked a phone book, so I couldn’t find places to buy other food. The whole place felt cheaply made, so we won’t return.
