No housekeeping came during our stay, even after I asked specifically for it and they promised it would happen while we were out for dinner; when we returned, nothing had changed, and the manager was “too busy” to talk to me.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, with a large covered parking lot that could accommodate big SUVs like a GMC Yukon, which was a big plus for us. Unfortunately, the service from the staff was disappointing; we were treated very unfriendly both at check‑in and the next morning. The staff were not helpful and didn't make us feel welcome. Breakfast also ran poorly: there was no buffet, only an à‑la‑cart system. At check‑in we received coupons, but not everything on the breakfast menu could be selected with them, and the breakfast staff didn't understand how the coupon system worked, causing unnecessary confusion and making the breakfast experience unpleasant.
