The hotel itself is very interesting, with an eastern style, but the rooms are ordinary; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and ready to help improve your stay if needed. The breakfasts are modest; I read reviews about good breakfasts but disagree completely – there are many fruits, mainly two kinds of apples, and a lot of dried fruit that is very tasty, but the food is not hot and sits under a lid.

After a flight that got pushed back and a Yandex driver dropping us off at the airport at 2 am, we finally reached the hotel around 3 am, exhausted and hoping nothing else would go wrong. The front desk staff were very welcoming and the check‑in was quick; we were given a room right next to the lobby, which felt like a blessing. The room itself was surprisingly clean and comfortable, with the AC already running. I’m grateful to the hotel and its staff. The only downside was that the ground‑floor room was almost at street level, so the large glass window faced the street and the building across the road, blocking the view. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a small annoyance.

I wasn’t feeling great in Samarkand, but the hotel staff took excellent care of me. They arranged a last‑minute tour guide after I messaged them late the previous day, and the next day, when I was seriously ill, they called an ambulance and a doctor came to examine me, gave me an injection, and I felt much better the following day. The staff checked on me regularly and genuinely cared about my condition. I’m very thankful for their kindness. I couldn’t try the spa because of my illness, but the breakfast was very good. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I would definitely recommend staying there in Samarkand.
