I liked the room; it was clean and tidy and well maintained. The biggest red flag was the staff – they fought among themselves and intimidated guests, making us feel unsafe. They even tried to damage guest property during their fight, which was extremely bad behaviour.

The staff member Mr. Ibrahim’s kindness, humility, and genuine care made our visit unforgettable; it’s uncommon to encounter someone who greets every guest with such respect and warmth. His dedication to excellent service shows both professionalism and humanity, and we truly value the comfort he provided.
