The hotel’s location was convenient, just a short walk from our destination and with easy access to the main highway, but the room itself had a strong musty odor and I spotted mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and the jamb of the bathroom door.

The staff were acceptable and the pool looked nice, yet we couldn’t use the hot tub or shower in our room; I messaged customer service but received no reply, and the water was freezing cold. After two hours of trying to warm it, we called the front desk, they promised 10 to 20 minutes, but by the time that passed we still couldn’t use the shower or hot tub and had to check out.

The indoor pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was free in the morning, and the hotel is close to Legend Valley with a Kroger right next door for snacks.

Mr. Rob handled our check‑in and was a very pleasant gentleman; my family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and breakfast, though the beds we stayed in were very squeaky.

The room and the pool were fine, but there was no ice machine on the 2nd floor.
