The décor is tastefully done and fits the building, the room is very comfortable, the bathroom is large for a hotel, the location is outstanding, and the staff are extremely attentive with impeccable service; I can’t find anything I didn’t like.

The location is unbeatable: a minute from Calle Ancha, five minutes from the cathedral, and right in the Barrio Húmedo yet quiet because there are no bars or restaurants on the street; the place is lovely, rustic décor, well‑equipped, and clean. In the afternoon the front desk is not present, check‑in is done through the intercom and it’s a bit slow and cumbersome; there’s only one double sheet and the blanket in the wardrobe is a bit thick for this time of year.
