The hotel is stunning at every level—everything looks so beautiful, well‑maintained, organized, and aesthetic. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, a wild experience, and breakfast is mind‑blowing! The staff are charming and the rooms are very clean. The only downside is that you can’t leave the hotel without your own car; taxis require hiring a driver for a few hours, there’s no short‑term cab service, and if you just want something nearby there’s nothing at all—you're stuck on the mountain. Plus, the restaurant prices are very steep.

The place looks great, the vibe is really good, the view is nice, and it’s calm enough for a relaxing break. But the room’s gadgets aren’t very practical; it focuses more on looks than on usability.

The scenery and the shared pool are pretty impressive, but we got a room next to the hotel’s restaurant where we could hear all the noise, and the courtyard was the smallest and most cramped compared to other rooms in the same category and price that have a spacious, quiet yard—absurd. Most staff don’t speak English, which makes everyday communication hard. The hotel is in a very isolated area and they expect you to rent a car independently; in reality you have to wait an hour for a taxi and spontaneity is impossible. They left soap by the bathtub, we used it, and then at checkout they asked us to pay for it. There were many other low‑level service issues and a lack of willingness to find solutions for us.

The pool is 100 % private in all the villas that line the top, and the staff can get down without warning—something that happened to me, and I pray for health and safety. The pool isn’t fully covered, men can enter without consideration, and the chaos caused problems. The food is very limited: only a few chicken dishes, a Thai dish, and there’s a large halal restaurant a full half‑hour away.
