Nice location, but you can’t really relax there. It’s a shame they don’t organize anything else; otherwise it’s perfect.

“Maravilloso hotel, muy recomendable”

It’s an exceptional spot, an oasis of calm away from the city’s hustle. The silence and natural surroundings stand out. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and always smiling. The food is great and the rooms are fantastic. (We only had an issue with the bathroom smell, which they fixed right away). The hotel is immaculate compared to the city. They offer good activities, especially henna and the hamman, although we couldn’t do many of them. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the hotel’s service lets you spend the whole day on the premises, so in the last 2–3 days we couldn’t use the pool because it was crowded with people making a fuss. It’s a wonderful space, but this minor inconvenience stopped us from enjoying the calm we were after.

“If you want some culture away from the “resorts” then this is the place. The staff are amazing,polite and attentive alwa”

We were blown away by how original the place feels—beautiful, cool inside even when it’s scorching outside, and the historic vibe is spot on with plenty of artifacts on display; the detail work is impressive. The only hiccup was that you need a car, but we always rent one, and the 10pm lock‑down is manageable because you can text them and a night guard will let you in.

The venue is stunning, with a garden, pool, terraces, and several relaxation lounges—an absolutely lovely experience.
