The location was great, the cleaning spotless, the breakfast tasty, but the bathtub felt very uncomfortable. The staff at the restaurant and café were friendly, yet the reception girls on different days could be friendlier—smile a bit or at least look you in the eye when you speak to them. Still, we were very comfortable here and will return. The reception staff didn't look at you when you talked to them; they were fine, but a little more friendliness or warmth would be appreciated.

“Cozy, Fun and Delicious Breakfast !”

I was impressed by how well kept this place was and loved how the rooms made good use of space; even though they were small, they were perfect for a solo traveler or a cozy couple. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the red lighting in the bathroom and the tub that let me relax after a day of touring. The location was also great—just a short walk to the metro and tasty restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many options and a healthy bar that was my favorite. I’d love to plan a family trip to another Lenardo collection and will look into it. I also appreciated the inspiring quotes and art outside my bedroom; it was truly uplifting. Great job overall! The staff were all very friendly, from check‑in to breakfast to housekeeping, everyone had a smile ready to welcome. And there’s nothing to dislike.

“Cool hotel, great vibe. Recommend for couples.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a triple room and while it was nice, clean and had a good vibe the space was too small. We had no space for our suitcases. Perfect for two, not big enough for three.

“A repetir”

Nice spot, even though it’s in town the rooms faced a courtyard so no outside noise. The bed was comfy, good value for money, and the breakfast was solid.
