Escapade Nature offers a 3‑star luxury tent in Urt with private entrance, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and stovetop. Guests enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and adjacent waterpark. The site lies 27 km from Biarritz train station, 18 km from Saint‑Marie Cathedral, and 17 km from Bayonne’s town hall and Fine Arts Museum, near Plaine d’Ansot and the Natural History Museum.

The pool was great and the atmosphere was calm, but the cabin was infested with cobwebs and bugs that bit me all over while we slept, and the shared bathrooms could use a cleaner job.

The cabin was amazing and refreshing, and the pool was lovely, but we were really annoyed that we couldn't use the camp’s bar; even during the village festival we wanted a place to relax and feel the camp vibe, which we missed.

The family‑size camp was very quiet and relaxing, with a pool just the right size for a small site. The staff were very friendly, and the cabins are tucked deep in the camp, so a toilet cabin nearby is a real convenience instead of going to the central toilets. Each cabin also has an external tap, which is nice. A small sink would be perfect, but it’s already helpful. The cabins get hot during the day (you can plug in a fan if you bring one), so staying there is best in the evening and at night the breeze through the mosquito nets is pleasant. Curtains to block the light in the morning are great! The only suggestions: a kids’ water slide at the pool would be nice, and I’d have liked the snack bar open in the morning for coffee or breakfast. Gravel everywhere in the camp makes it hard for kids’ bikes and scooters, but the camp is small so it’s manageable. Thanks a lot for the stay.
