Freesia Residency by Express Inn

The building looked nice from the outside and overall it was good, but everything had its flaws. It was definitely good value for money given its location on College Road where everything is close by. The staff were not very welcoming and gave no details about anything. I had to ask for an extra bed even though they knew we would need it, and I had to request many supplies that should have been ready before we arrived. The AC made noise, and when I asked for a bottle of water at checkout I was told it would cost, but they eventually gave one for free.

The location is excellent, the cleanliness is very good, the staff are very helpful, and everything we needed is within walking distance.

“Perfect stay for family nice and clean rooms and washrooms delicious breakfast highly recommended!”

This place was really well taken care of, clean, and had plenty of space - no complaints there. The only downside was that we had some tiny insects showing up in the bathroom, even with the doors and windows shut, but it wasn't a huge deal.

The staff at the breakfast area were super attentive and caring, really looking out for their guests. One thing that would make a big difference is a more diverse international breakfast spread - it would be great to cater to travelers and tourists from different backgrounds. On the downside, I noticed some small dust particles in the room when it had been closed up for a while, and it would be good to get some fresh air in there.
